National glamour day

This years national glamour day is on saturday October the third. It's organized by Glamour, the magazine. I'll be leaving in the early morning with my girl to Amsterdam, to shop 'till we drop. Because I receive Glamour every month in my mailbox, I have a goldcard. With this card I can get 50% discount on the China girl collection from the great designer Darryl van Wouw. We're definately going to visit his store in Amsterdam. Another great thing, is that de Bijenkorf (a big warehouse in the Netherlands) is having their Drie Dwaze Dagen. Another event with big discounts! God, I love fashion and especially the shopping.

Are there any other fashionista's going to shop on National glamour day? Where?

Ratna Ho

My apologies for the lack of updates last week. I was buzy with my first week of school, working and party in the weekend. Pictures from the party last saturday will come soon. For now I noticed a brand new cool designer. Ratna Ho, a student who graduated ArteZ in Amsterdam. She got the chance to show her beautiful ideas on the catwalk during Amsterdam Fashion Week. Wow, what a talent!

As you maybe know, I'm a huge Balmain lover. I adore almost every piece in the collections and when Fashion Week starts I always look forward to Balmain's show. When I was on the airport in Gran Canaria, I wanted to buy some magazines, but they only had some from UK. So I bought Marie Claire UK and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this picture...

Lauren Conrad is one of my favorite celebs. She looks amazing and I've watched the Hills pure for her outfits (alright, and those from Whitney and Lo). As probably everyone already know, she wrote a book. Her book, L.A. Candy, seems to be a deliciously entertaining novel about what it's like to come of age in Hollywood while starring in a reality TV show. Who could write this better than Lauren who have experienced it all. I'm pretty curious to her book, but I don't want to read it in English, haha.But, what Lauren wore to the launch of her 'L.A. Candy' is really amazing. I love the outfit that much, that I have to share this with you. She's wearing a 3.1 Philip Lim.

It Sucks So Much

It seems that 2009 isn't my year. I failed for my driving exam for two times in a row, I failed my very important french exam in May and now I didn't graduated... It feels like I don't have some kind of luck in my life left. But hey, I know it isn't that bad, but for now it sucks so much! Well, I have something positive to say, something that you might already know... Jimmy Choo is the next guest designer for H&M in November! Jimmy Choo is one of the best shoe-designers I know, so I'll definately try to score a real Choo in November.

Prom Party

Wednesday was my Prom Party! I've waited to post something about it, because I wanted to show you pictures of the party. First of all, it was a great party. I was nice to party with a lot of people you know and to say a little bit goodbye too, because the end is in sight... It's almost done for me with High School and I can finally go to the school I really want to go! (For the one who don't know yet what I want to do after High School: I want to go to the Hotelschool) For the next two and a half week I'll be busy with prepare and make my final exams. Unfortunately I haven't that much time left and I really have to focus on school only. That means for you, my blog will be boring those days. I'll tell you about the exams, but I will not post outfit posts or something...

But now it is time to see the pictures of my prom party!


I drove to the red carpet with three friends in my sisters brand new car: a vintage darkblue mini cooper!


With the guys wearing my first outfit: a black Patrizia Pepe cocktail dress with mango shoes.


With my bgf wearing my second outfit: an ASOS cocktail dress with an enormous bow on front of the dress. I wore this dress with the same shoes and leather-look leggings.
PS I decided to order the bunny jumpsuit from ASOS and when I received the package, I will show you the jumpsuit-outfit. That will be the last outfit post, I think, before the final exams begin.

Lately, I'm very into belts with something rare and jumpsuits. I'm looking for the right jumpsuit for a looong time, and just can't find the one which belongs to me. When I was checking out ASOS today, I found three jumpsuits which had my attention.

The thing is, I always go for the 'save' way. So the Motel jumpsuit is perfect. But, in my opinion, the bunny-print is a bit childish, or not? What do you think?

But when I was surfing on the internet, I found out that Matthew is making a summer collection too! And actually, I think I like the last collection better!
